Welcome to the Stephanie Greenwell Photography Blog

My photo
Serving the Southeast Missouri area including Hayti, Caruthersville, Portageville, and Kennett

Welcome to my blog! I hope you'll stay awhile and get a few laughs at my everyday life. I'm a mother to four great kiddos and married to a stud-muffin. (It makes him feel better!) Life is always what you make it and to tell the truth, I couldn't make it any better than it is. Photography has allowed me capture the lives of my children in a way that I couldn't imagine. And now it's what I love to do. Let me capture your loves, your laughters, your lives.

I'm, like, soooo popular...like...Totally

I am the Homecoming Queen. And the Prom Queen. And the High School Cheerleading Captain. Not the co-captian. The Captain, baby. Oh, and the Valedictorian.

Well only one of those is true and it's the "geeky" title...you can figure it out. Oh, I forgot, I was a prom queen candidate, but that year, it was decided that each couple would raise money to win the title, and well, we didn't raise enough. Who cares. That's so high school.

Point is, I'M POPULAR!!! Yay, people are looking, reading, checking it out. What is it, you ask?

My blog, baby! This month alone[meaning the last 9 days], I've had over 1,000 hits to my site, and though those numbers can't compete with some totally serious photoblogs, this is my personal, grass roots accomplishment! I'm gonna give a shout-out to myself--You. Go. Girl.

Sure, I know a lot of it is you all wanting to see the beautiful disaster that was Ice Storm '09, but hey, advertising works in mysterious ways. I hope you visitors, unique and repeat, will still continue to come back to keep up with me, my photography, my wackiness.

And, I hope I'm interesting. Well, at least funny. OK, I hope there's something, anything, that makes you come back for more. Like, the million dollar lottery I'm offering. That always works. Well, it would work if I had a million dollars. Bare Naked Ladies? [The band, people, not real, bare naked ladies.] Gosh, I loved that song, back when they weren't so pop. Oh, nevermind.

To prove my pat-on-the-back bragging, I thought I'd display my stats for February so far. I promise I didn't make this up. It is fo' real, fo' sho, peeps.

Have a rockin' week. Stat, Stats. [Gosh, a play on words. I'm so funny. And I'm popular. Even if for only two weeks.]
